To bring in the New Year, cook/artist Jerome Waag will introduce VESPUCCINI, a new pasta named after the famed Italian navigator Amerigo Vespucci, after whom America would be named. All present will participate in preparation and cooking, creating an original recipe for a truly civic dish.
